No, but if you are near Detroit you could shoot up to Windsor Canada and gamble there.

Here in NY, you can start gambling at 18, meaning lottery tickets and scratch cards. I don’t think you can gamble with slot machines, or at the poker table until you’re 21 cause when I go to Atlantic City, they don’t allow me inside the gambling area — I’m 18.
